Are you struggling with issues, but are unsure what to do about them? Do you wonder which would be the most effective solution, counselling, psychotherapy, or maybe coaching? Does it seem at times that coffee with a trusted friend might be the wisest option? Maybe you're unsure about that too. My recommendation for people experiencing challenges but unsure what to do is to schedule a consultation session to talk about what's going on and what options or recommendations are available. Depending on the situation, one meeting may be sufficient. However, three-session consultations can be scheduled for a more in-depth discussion.

I work with people individually, in parent dyads, or in family groups. I am a child and family clinician by training and also work with individuals and elderly adults. While I can provide both psychological assessment and psychotherapy, I typically recommend a consultation session or series first, as this often can be enough to set people on a better path.

Having someone to walk with you along the journey can make it easier for you to figure out the most effective way to solve a personal challenge. Please call me to schedule a consultation or to schedule a three-session series (at a reduced price) in which we will discuss the challenges you are facing and how to deal with them using your strengths.

If you think that you could use some help figuring out the right solutions for you – I invite you to contact me today.  We can discuss your situation and I can provide recommendations on the services that might best suit your unique circumstances.

I look forward to hearing from you!
