Dr. Theresa Zolner, R. PSYCH

Dr. Theresa Zolner is a clinical psychologist practicing in Edmonton. She has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, post-secondary education, grade school, not-for-profit, government, and Indigenous Peoples’ settings. She has co-authored a popular child and adolescent development textbook, and she continues research and publication in her areas of practice and research interest. Dr. Zolner has devoted much of her career to working with children, adults, and families who have experienced oppression, trauma, and discrimination. However, she also works with a broad range of child, adolescent, and adult mental health concerns. She has a particular focus in her publications and practice on the integration of culture, religion, and spirituality within psychology. She offers screening, assessment, and intervention services with Crystal River Counsellors.
